Video Game High School: Season 2 Evolution of a Web Series

Imagine a high school where stereotypes do not fit those of regular students and instead portray the life of a gamer. Outsiders considered arcade geeks and the jockey’s are elite FPS players. Welcome to the world of Video Game High School, a world mixed with romance, comedy, and action. Rocket Jump, announced at RTX a season 2 too the ongoing web series. Freddie Wong, Matt Arnold, and Desmond Dolly talk about the evolution of creating a hit web series. They discuss how the new season will have longer episodes and will have the chance at creating a more immersive story line.


Rocket Jump is using Video Game High School to pilot a potential future into the world of  television broadcasting. They talk about  web content needing to compete with streaming giants such as Netflix and Huluplus. They also discuss how to be successful in the film business and how to motivate yourself and start a filming career.

During a Q&A an Attendee asks:

Attendee:”How do you find all your extras’?”

Freddie: “You can imagine how far 30 dollars worth of pizza can take you.”

Beginning July 25th, 2013 the first episode to Video Game High School Season 2 will be released on the Rocket Jump website.
